• SELF-LUBRICATOR
	Lubricant flow rate is adjusted automatically with the variation of feed chain speed. Auto shut-off of chain and warning lamp indication if oil levels are low. Applies oil to (5) precise points on chain and race, guaranteeing maximum chain life.

• SAW ARBOR IS HIGH FREQUENCY HARDENED
	Blade clamping flange is precision machined from solid material instead of friction-welded material. This precision milled and dynamically balanced arbor guarantee years of trouble free operations and glue line accuracy.

• PRESSURE ROLLER SYSTEM
	Eight timber holding rolls combined with 1.2 M. long chain rail guarantees superior straight line accuracy ±0.25 mm. (4 M long) The high-torque frequency inverter controlled variable feed speed has a range of 10-40 M/min. and easily adjusted by the control panel.(optional)

• BRONZE ALLOY TRACK (OPTIONAL)
	The special designed durable bronze alloy track can extend the service life of feed chain for 1~3 time longer than the normal castings. Also, it ensures the smoothness during high speed cutting. Even when the lubricator is faulty, the track and feed chain do not have the problem of immediate wear.
