- This machine is designed
and engineered for first and second stage of
material preparation after log is cut. Ideally
suited for pallet, building materials, and door
frame manufacturing. It provides great cutting
capacity up to 220mm thick, and can replace
a band saw.

- UPPER AND LOWER SAW ARBOR CONSTRUCTION
The machine is designed with upper and lower saw arbors,
which give an increased cutting thickness up to 220
mm.
- PLC POSITIONING CONTROL (OPTIONAL)Computerized
positioning of upper and lower saw arbors
make changing the thickness of cut and varying the
blade diameter easy and safe.
- FEED SYSTEM
This is employed with a link chain feed which ensures
great straight-line accuracy and allows for variable
speeds, ranging from 4 to 25 meters per minute. The
speed is displayed on a digital readout for added
convenience.
- COMPREHENSIVE ANTI-KICKBACK FINGERS FOR
MAXIMUM SAFETY
Maximum safety is achieved through 5 rows of comprehensive
anti-kickback fingers: Two rows are independently
mounted, one row is at the table, and two more rows
are at the feed roll, with a safety guard for side
enclosure.

- AUTOMATIC
FORCED LUBRICATOR
The automatic forced mechanical lubricator alerts
the operator by showing a warning on the controller
if there is not enough oil, and the link chain stops
running automatically. This fully ensures the service
life of the link chain and rails.
- POWERFUL ARBOR DRIVE MOTOR
The sawblade is driven by a powerful motor. When requested,
a range of motors are available: 50, 60, 75 or 100
HP.
- RIGID CABINET CONSTRUCTION
A box-type cabinet design gives maximum rigidity and
stability, and permits for a long machine life.
- ISOLATED
CONTROL BOX
The isolated control box is dust and vibration free.
A low voltage circuit control system ensures safe
operation controls.

The central lubrication
system ensures a permanent oil film between
the chain and the guide way. In event of
lack of oil the machine stops automatically.
If there is insufficient oil in the oil
tank, the warning lamp lights up, and the
link chain stops running automatically.
This fully ensures the service life of the
link chain and rail. |

protection current
for upper and lower saw motors. If the load
of the saw motors exceeds the rated
